For patients without insurance, payment is due at the time of your visit unless billing arrangements have been made prior to the date of service.
Winchester Women's Healthcare accepts a wide range of insurance plans. We recommend verifying that our practice and Dr. Millar participate with your specific insurance plan before your appointment and whenever your insurance coverage changes.
Patients are also required to sign an annual authorization allowing us to bill their insurance. At each visit, we will ask you to review and confirm your current insurance and contact information so we can accurately process claims and communicate with you.

We understand that you want to receive the results of laboratory and diagnostic testing as soon as possible. When test results are returned to our office, they are first reviewed by Dr. Millar.
Once your results have been reviewed and are available, our nurse will notify you by phone, or you may receive a letter from Winchester Hospital.
For Pap test results, patients may also set up an online portal through Quest Diagnostics to access results when they become available.
Whenever possible, please request new prescriptions or medication refills during your scheduled appointment.
We require 48 hours' notice for prescription refills. We recommend contacting us several days before your current medication runs out to allow sufficient time for our office and your pharmacy to process your request.
When requesting a refill, please have the name of the medication, dosage, how often you take it, and your pharmacy's phone number available.
We generally discourage prescribing new medications over the telephone, as an accurate diagnosis often requires an office visit and evaluation.
